As of January 2010 all our contact lens patients old and new are being invited to join our new membership scheme! As a member of the scheme you will be entitled to many discounts and benefits and use of our state of the art equipment.

Our contact lenses are now at internet prices from as little as £3.50 Per Month.

Fun In The Snow!!!

While some of us might not be able to get into work there is ALWAYS something productive to do! Like building a snowman, or should I say snowlady as ours turned out to be. If the snow keeps coming we might even be able to build her a friend…… stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!

As the dental clinic is becoming more popular we thought we would introduce a membership to benefit our loyal patients. So here’s how it works

A payment of £8.50 a month is paid by direct debit every month which entitles you to:

  • 2 Dental examinations every year.
  • 2 Scale and polishes every year
  • 10% off all dental treatment
  • Access to 24 hour emergency dental care

Updated opening times in snow

Although it looks beautiful, it is causing travel chaos! Dr Hassan & I live near Holmfirth, and this morning we spent 2 hours stuck in traffic watching vehicles skid, get stuck and abandon cars before we turned around and came back home. So unfortunately, we will be closed today from 11am onwards. We will keep you updated via this blog if we are to close again due to bad weather.

Dental Emergency Wakefield

Dr Hassan and Natalie took precious time out of their festive celebrations to see to the needy Wakefield public with many different dental emergencies.

Most common emergencies included:

  • Front teeth knocked out due to icy conditions
  • Problems with wisdom teeth
  • Lost crown
  • Lost veneers
  • Tooth abcess

Most of these problems could have been prevented with routine dental care. Regular dental appointments include screeing for potential loose crowns, loose veneers, failing bridges, areas of decay and early tooth wear. To avoid unecessary distress and additional finacial burden during the holidays, make it this years new years resolution to keep with regular dental care.
