Just finished this cosmetic dental smile makeover, this afternoon. The final result was fabulous and the patient was extremely pleased. Dr Hassan designed the smile to achieve a harmonious appearance with the patients natural facial features.  Through carrying out gum reconturing and using white fillings, crowns and bridges the new smile was created.

Last month we saw the completion of the following beautifully restored dental implant, you can see from the picture how nicely the tooth appears to emerge from the gum which has been restored with a bone graft.

With this patients daughters wedding getting very close she was worried about smiling on the photos and so she came to Pollards for a solution. After assessing all treatment avenues and time constraints we decided that using white filling material to re-shape the teeth would be the best option.

Looking the pictures below you can see how much of a difference the treatment has made. By adding filling material to the teeth we have been able to increase the length and fill in the gaps improving the overall cosmetic appearance.

This patient had been unhapppy with the colour of his teeth for many years. After looking into all the treatment options available he decided that a simple whitening procedure would be best. 

The whitening process we used for him was Enlighten, this consists of super sealed evolution bleaching trays made especially for you, that are worn every night for two weeks. On completion of the home whitening you return to surgery for two cycles of intense whitening under the supervision of the dentist. The results really are amazing.

To maintain the colour of the teeth is also very simple. Now that the patient has the bleeching trays he simply uses them for one night every two months so that white smile doesnt have to fade.

This young man with very healthy teeth and few fillings, came in requesting veneers on his front teeth. The reason for wanting veneers was to cover the white patches on his teeth as shown in the picture below.

After discussing the pros and cons of having veneers, the patient decided that whitening would be the safer long term option. We used Enlighten Whitening which included 14 nights home whitening and in surgury whitening to whiten the teeth, so that the whiten patches did not stand out. By using whitening agent, we managed to keep the natural strength in his teeth undisturbed.
