As a coloured contact lens wearer myself, I like the fact I can change my eye colour to match my mood, new hair colour or an outfit for those special occasions. With most of the colours looking very naturally striking, you will have everyone thinking how amazing your eyes are or alternatively a subtle change can look just as good.
I personally have very pale green natural eyes but choose to wear a bright blue on a daily basis, very much like the eye in the bottom left picture, so they look completely different! Have a look next time you are in the practice.
With several different ranges available we have colours to suit everyone whether you have a very dark or light natural eye colour. We will also look at your skin tone and hair colour to help you choose. As I have now been wearing coloured lenses for 5yrs (and tried every possible colour out there) I have experience to choose the right colour for you.
We have recently fitted coloured contact lenses for models at the Northwest Bridal Fashion Show in conjuction with Dolz Make up Artists, which was held in Manchester. The model above is weraing the new Sterling Grey coloured contact lenses.
The lenses are available with or without a prescription so are suitable for everybody, each pair will last for 30 days so you can change on a monthly basis if you can’t decide on a certain colour. Alternatively, there are also daily coloured contact lenses, which you would wear on special occasions then just throw away, without needing to bother with solutions and storage.
So no doubt your now thinking when can I start?!…..First of all you will need to have a copy of an eye test from the last 12months then you can make the appointment for a contact lens fitting where we will try several colours, ensure you have take them in and out on your own, then it’s just a case of deciding which colour you want to try first!
